Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• 1. Your Signature: Physical or electronic signature.
• 2. Identification of Removed Content: A description of the material that was removed and where it was located before removal.
• 3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• 4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your address if outside the US).
• 5. Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws, ImageConverterTools maintains a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. This includes:

• Users who have had content removed due to copyright infringement on multiple occasions
• Users who submit fraudulent DMCA notices
• Users who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service regarding intellectual property

Good Faith & Fair Use

We encourage all parties to act in good faith when filing DMCA notices or counter-notifications. Before submitting a claim, please consider:

• Fair Use Doctrine: Some uses of copyrighted material are permitted under "fair use" — including criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, and research.
• Public Domain: Works in the public domain are not protected by copyright and can be used freely.
• Permission Granted: If you have given permission for the material to be used, it is not an infringement.
